Cooke Street Student Housing

As the school on the South wing of this historic building grew, they needed a new place to house the students. Axela was tasked with transforming the North wing into a dormitory to house over 70 students. A transformation it was. The challenges included ensuring that rooms felt large and open. Mechanical challenges such as how to get the right amount of water pressure for the new sprinkler system were the norm. Axela went above and beyond to ensure that all the client, as well as end users’ needs were met, and we couldn’t be more proud of it!
