Cube Smart

The self-storage industry has been one of the fastest-growing sectors of the United States commercial real estate industry over the period of the last 40 years. This Cube Smart facility that Axela completed in Rockford Illinois is 82,775 square feet. Axela Development acquired the property in 2019. Through a partnership with Cube Smart and Prime Space Capital revitalized the site and the neighborhood. This project was a complete renovation of the existing building including reroofing over 70 thousand square feet.
