Pleasantview Estates

Axela Group provided Construction Management services for the new Pleasantview Estates community in Griswold, CT. Pleasantview Estates is a 102 unit condominium complex. Each building is comprised of 2-4 townhouses constructed of modular units, to minimize costs and construction time. The homes are designed for families in the area of Griswold featuring 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, including a Master Bedroom on upper floor with an in-suite master bath. The complex is powered by geothermal energy. The complex also includes a community center for the residents.

Building 1 was completed summer 2018, with buildings 3, 4, 5, and 6 in progress through 2019.
